The InfinitePure induction hob from Electrolux, the world’s first fully backlit hob, offers a dramatic centerpiece for any new kitchen. That’s because the simplicity of the InfinitePure induction hob’s sleek black rectangle is retained until the hob is turned on.
That’s when the hob’s new, intuitive rotary sliders appear. The controls are inspired by professional chefs’ need for instant, precise heat control. The power level for a zone is selected with a single touch then fine-tuned with a separate rotary shaped slider.
“Our InfinitePure hobs with intuitive DirectAccess sliders give you incredibly precise fine-tuning for cooking delicate sauces like Hollandaise,” says Sophie Davidson of Electrolux. “Yet almost instant high heat means you can be ready to sear meat or fish in seconds.”
Like other members of the Infinite Induction family, InfinitePure uses flexible cooking zones that automatically adjust to a pan’s exact shape and size (as long as the cross is covered).
Seamlessly integrated design
Since the InfinitePure hob’s controls and cooking zones are visible only when needed, the hob fits in seamlessly with other appliances and the overall elegance of an open plan kitchen design.
The hob is also part of the new Inspiration range of products from Electrolux, which offers full visual alignment across all product categories – hobs, ovens, hoods, fridges, dishwashers and even washers and dryers. Clean, architectural lines and authentic materials make the appliances distinctive and modern, while adapting to different kitchen environments.
All user interfaces present a consistent graphic profile. Intuitive controls have been redesigned to offer more natural interaction and require fewer key presses to activate clever functions. They also follow a consistent logic across all product categories for “learn once, use everywhere” functionality.
