But there could only be one winner- Aeroball by Jan Ankiersztajn from Poland was awarded first prize in the finals held at the Triennale Design Museum in Milan, 25 October 2012.

Last week The Bobby Moore Fund for Cancer Research UK held a charity lunch at The Cube by Electrolux. Guests included England Manager Roy Hodgson, Alastair Campbell, Robin Cousins (Olympic Gold Medallist and Dancing on Ice judge) and Matthew Wright (from Ch5’s The Wright Stuff). The lunch was hosted by Stephanie Moore MBE who set The Fund up in memory of her late husband, legendary footballer Bobby Moore, who sadly died from bowel cancer aged just 51.
Two Michelin star chef Tom Kerridge from the highly acclaimed Hand and Flowers in Marlow will join the innovative project alongside Simon Rogan from the Michelin starred L’Enclume in Cumbria and Atul Kochhar of Benares who is famed for his innovative take on Indian cuisine. Lancashire’s renowned Nigel Howarth and Lisa Allen will also be bringing their own culinary style to The Cube as will London-based Tom Aikens – the youngest UK chef to have been awarded two Michelin stars.
The British Cookery School Awards has revealed its prestigious list of 2012 finalists which includes three AEG partnered cookery schools. Each of the schools specialise in a diverse range of cuisine and are installed with top of the range AEG Neue Kollektion appliances allowing students- from absolute novices to nouvelle cuisine experts- to achieve perfect results every time.
