Electrolux is bringing culinary artistry to the Opening Gala with a dining collaboration between two Michelin star chefs; Bruno Oger and Rasmus Kofoed. Guests Tilda Swinton and Diane Kruger will enjoy an imaginative menu from Oger and Kofoed that mixes Cannes art de vivre with Scandinavian ingenuity, all created in the Agora kitchen.
The Cube by Electrolux will open at Southbank Centre in London from 1st June and run until 30th September 2012. The unique dining concept is a celebration of Electrolux Professional expertise, and brings together some of the most pioneering and innovative chefs in the UK.
