“An exciting addition to the Waku Ghin kitchen is the thermaline S90-Swiss Finish Cooking Block. With both gas and induction cooktops and easy to clean surfaces, it’s designed to ensure efficient productivity inside the kitchen,” said John Brown Managing Director, Electrolux Home Products.

“With the added convenience of operation on both sides, this single cooking block is able to fulfil the highest expectations of the most demanding chefs.”

Tetsuya’s long standing relationship with Electrolux has seen him use Electrolux kitchen appliances for more than 20 years. According to Tetsuya, an inspiring and practical kitchen environment is the means to cooking perfection. His passion for Electrolux kitchen appliances can also be seen throughout his Sydney restaurant.

Waku Ghin is situated in Marina Bay Sands, Singapore’s luxury hotel and casino complex. Located on the mezzanine level at the Marina Bay waterfront, the 8,000 square foot restaurant, which includes a bar and four dining rooms, each with a kitchen, is set to be a huge draw card for Southeast Asia’s newest entertainment destination.
